The next frontier of luxury wellness is moving beyond the medical spa, and onto the open sea. Four Seasons Yachts has partnered with pioneering medical-wellness group Lanserhof to introduce an eight-day longevity residency aboard Four Seasons I.

Taking place during the yacht’s inaugural transatlantic crossing from 8 to 16 November 2026, the Lanserhof Reset will be the first time the renowned wellness concept has been offered at sea.

The partnership brings together two names known for highly personalised experiences. Four Seasons provides the yacht, residential-style suites and intuitive hospitality, while Lanserhof contributes more than 40 years of experience in preventative health, diagnostics and restorative medicine.

Rather than approaching the voyage as a traditional cruise with spa treatments added around the edges, the residency has been designed around the rare luxury of uninterrupted time. Eight days crossing the Atlantic allows guests to step away from everyday demands and focus more intently on their health, routines and long-term wellbeing.

A Personalised Eight-Day Reset

The most comprehensive version of the programme begins with a 60-minute consultation inside Four Seasons I’s onboard medical centre.

Lanserhof physicians and practitioners will use this initial meeting to understand each participant’s health, lifestyle and personal goals before creating an individual eight-day protocol.

Depending on the guest, the programme may incorporate preventative-health guidance, personalised nutrition recommendations, individual fitness programming and holistic therapies. Craniosacral alignment, breathwork, therapeutic treatments, sound baths and aesthetic-wellness sessions may also form part of the schedule.

Where appropriate, participants will receive a follow-up consultation with a physician before leaving the yacht. Each guest will also be given a final personalised protocol, containing recommendations designed to help them continue the practices introduced during the crossing once they return home.

The premium personalised programme is available as a $5,000 add-on per guest and has limited capacity.

What Every Guest Will Experience

The Lanserhof partnership will not be confined to those booking the private programme. A complimentary selection of experiences will be available to every guest travelling aboard Four Seasons I during the transatlantic voyage.

Daily talks, lectures and question-and-answer sessions will provide access to Lanserhof’s medical and wellness specialists. Guests will also be invited to join group fitness sessions, holistic classes and restorative practices throughout the crossing.

Lanserhof doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers and holistic practitioners will be available during designated hours, offering guests the opportunity to explore the concept without committing to the complete personalised programme.

Mornings will begin with a chlorophyll-based energising drink inspired by Lanserhof’s signature approach, while selected dishes will introduce guests to the group’s preventative, anti-inflammatory Energy Cuisine philosophy.

A Lanserhof welcome gift is also included for everyone onboard.

Eva-Maria Hasenauer, chief commercial officer of Lanserhof Group, said the transatlantic setting creates an opportunity for guests to step away from their usual routines and focus more deliberately on their health.

It is an environment particularly suited to Lanserhof’s philosophy. With fewer daily distractions and nowhere else to be, the crossing provides time for consultation, movement, reflection and restorative treatments without immediately returning to the pace of ordinary life.

Inside the Yacht’s L’Oceana Spa

The residency will sit alongside the yacht’s permanent wellness offering at L’Oceana Spa.

Inspired by the restorative nature of the sea, the spa incorporates a hammam, thermal circuit and dedicated treatment rooms. Its technology-led facilities include cryotherapy, infrared therapy, hydrotherapy and advanced recovery treatments intended to support relaxation, physical restoration and overall wellbeing.

Guests will also have access to Four Seasons I’s fitness facilities, where cardiovascular, strength and mobility sessions can be integrated into their personalised Lanserhof programme.

Beyond the spa, the yacht’s 20-metre aft pool provides a further setting for relaxation, while its transverse marina opens across the vessel to bring guests closer to the water.

A New Kind of Transatlantic Crossing

The voyage marks a significant moment for both partners.

For Lanserhof, it is the first time its medical-wellness concept has been transported from its established resorts onto a yacht. The group currently operates health destinations in Lans, Tegernsee and Sylt, with a further Marbella resort expected to open in summer 2027.

For Four Seasons Yachts, the residency adds a new dimension to the inaugural year of Four Seasons I. The yacht made its debut in March 2026 and will use the November crossing to transition from its Mediterranean programme to its first Caribbean season.

The vessel has only 95 suites, all designed with a residential character, floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor terraces. Its near one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio allows the service to remain highly personalised, an approach that aligns naturally with Lanserhof’s individually tailored philosophy.

The partnership also reflects a broader evolution in luxury travel. Today’s most discerning travellers are increasingly seeking experiences that offer something beyond escape: the opportunity to return home feeling rested, informed and equipped with meaningful changes they can carry into everyday life.

By taking its longevity concept into the middle of the Atlantic, Lanserhof is offering perhaps the ultimate way to disconnect. There are no tightly packed sightseeing schedules and few of the interruptions of life on land, only eight days of open water, personalised guidance and time dedicated to oneself.

The Lanserhof Reset will take place aboard Four Seasons I from 8 to 16 November 2026. Complimentary group programming is included for all guests, while the premium personalised eight-day programme costs an additional $5,000 per person.
