Updated: Apr 10

Kandima Maldives is set to take luxury holidays to the next level this summer with its highly anticipated "Summer Kamp" from 7 July to 7 September 2025.

The vibrant resort, known for its playful energy and exceptional experiences, is bringing together a stellar line-up of global talent, promising an unforgettable mix of music, motorsport, art, and culture.

It’s the ultimate chance to learn, create, and have fun in one of the world’s most stunning locations.

Kandima’s "Summer Kamp" isn’t just a holiday – it’s an immersive experience, offering guests a chance to engage with some of the biggest names in the industry. The two-month programme will feature exclusive masterclasses, workshops, and thrilling events designed to appeal to all interests.

Jaguar – Leading the Way in Dance Music

One of the stand-out names is British DJ and BBC Radio 1 tastemaker, Jaguar. On 24-25 July, she’ll take over Kandima’s Breeze Bar and Beach for a DJ workshop, Q&A session, and an exclusive set under the stars. Jaguar has long been a champion of new music and emerging talent, and her session will give aspiring DJs a chance to learn the ropes of music curation, mixing, and live performance. It’s an unmissable event for anyone who’s ever wanted to step behind the decks and understand the art of DJing.

Théo Pourchaire – F2 Racing Sensation Hits Kandima

Motorsport fans will be in for a real treat as Formula 2 rising star Théo Pourchaire takes over Kandima from 1-4 August. At just 19, Théo has already made a name for himself, becoming the youngest-ever race winner in F2 and F3.

He’ll be hosting a series of high-energy karting workshops at the resort’s newly launched Fast Track e-Go Karting course.

Guests can compete in Time Trials, race alongside Théo, and learn from his expert tips on everything motorsport. But that’s not all – Théo will also lead a creative kart design workshop at Kandima’s lakeside KULA Art Studio, where participants can design miniature karts and helmets for the chance to win a special resort prize.

Explore Art & Culture at Kandima’s KULA Studio

Kandima has something for art lovers too. From 15-31 August, the resort’s KULA Art Studio will host a series of workshops led by Craft India Collaborative & Paintheads.

These sessions will explore everything from traditional hand-painting techniques to modern mixed-media creations. It’s an ideal chance to dive into the artistic traditions of India while also getting your hands dirty with some fun and creative projects. Whether it’s a sensory painting adventure or a relaxing clay sculpture session, guests of all ages will find their artistic side here.

What makes Kandima stand out is its ability to combine world-class luxury with fun and immersive experiences. This year’s "Summer Kamp" is no exception, offering a diverse range of activities that will appeal to everyone, from families to solo travellers. And if that wasn’t enough, Kandima is about to open PlaySpace – an entertainment hub featuring VR experiences, arcade games, and a bowling alley, making it the perfect destination for anyone looking for both adventure and relaxation.

With so much on offer, "Summer Kamp" 2025 is set to be one of the most exciting travel experiences of the year. Whether you’re into music, motorsport, or art, there’s something for everyone. Rates start from £192 per night in a Sky Studio on a B&B basis when booked directly with Kandima. It’s the perfect chance to escape to a luxurious paradise while learning something new and making lasting memories.
