IYC has announced a new global partnership with INACE Superyachts, becoming the Global Representative for the Brazilian shipyard as it looks to expand its international presence and bring a new generation of explorer yachts to the global market.
The collaboration marks a significant step forward for INACE, a shipyard rooted in Brazil’s long-standing commercial and military shipbuilding heritage. Through the partnership, IYC will support INACE’s international sales strategy across its worldwide brokerage network, combining dedicated marketing initiatives, coordinated brand promotion and global market development.
Leading the partnership for IYC are Sales Consultants Pierre Vezilier, based in Monaco, and Adam Levine, based in Fort Lauderdale. Vezilier will oversee the European market and wider international territories, while Levine will lead efforts across the United States. Together with IYC’s global team of consultants, they will work closely with clients, industry partners and brokerage houses to build visibility and sales momentum for the INACE fleet.

The announcement comes at a time when demand for long-range, explorer-style yachts continues to grow, with owners increasingly seeking vessels that offer capability, comfort and true oceangoing autonomy.
“Across the European market, we are seeing a strong and growing demand for long-range, explorer-style yachts that combine capability, efficiency and true onboard comfort,” said Pierre Vezilier. “INACE is particularly well positioned in this segment, with a solid heritage in commercial and military shipbuilding, a strong in-house engineering team, and the capacity to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.”
He added that the partnership would allow IYC to introduce “a highly credible and competitively positioned platform to the international market”, offering clients an attractive balance of engineering integrity, customisation and investment value.
Adam Levine echoed this sentiment, highlighting the growing relevance of explorer yachts in North America and beyond. “INACE brings an exciting opportunity to the market, delivering capable, long-range yachts with extensive customisation,” he said. “This segment continues to see growing demand across North America and around the globe, as owners seek more capable and versatile platforms.”

INACE Superyachts is currently advancing a strong production pipeline of four projects ranging from 104ft to 154ft, with deliveries scheduled between late 2026 and 2027. The shipyard’s portfolio is built around three distinct yacht lines: AVENTURA, designed for long-range exploration and adventure; EXPLORA, which combines expedition capability with contemporary luxury; and DESIGNER, offering fully bespoke projects tailored to an owner’s individual lifestyle and vision.
The new generation of INACE explorer yachts is defined by a focus on durability, range and flexibility. Key features include steel hulls and aluminium superstructures, long-range transoceanic capability, expansive deck areas for tenders, water toys and expedition equipment, and generous interior volumes that can accommodate beach clubs, gyms, offices and wellness spaces. Interiors are fully customisable and can be developed in collaboration with internationally recognised yacht designers.
For IYC, the partnership represents an opportunity to bring greater international attention to a shipyard with a strong yet under-told story.
“The superyacht world moves fast, but the most compelling stories are often found away from the spotlight,” said Raphael Sauleau, CEO of IYC. “INACE Yachts carries a heritage that few yards can match, rooted in Brazil’s proud shipbuilding tradition. They have been crafting distinguished vessels for decades with a level of care and quality that deserves a much wider audience. This partnership is about giving them exactly that, and we’re proud to be the ones to bring the INACE story to a global platform it deserves.”
The INACE Commercial Team added: “Together with IYC, we are reintroducing INACE Superyachts to the international market with a renewed vision, a new generation of explorer yachts, and a clear commitment to engineering excellence, customisation, and long-range capability. Our goal is to build upon the success achieved in previous decades, when the shipyard delivered more than 45 explorer yachts to owners around the world.”
Combining Brazilian shipbuilding heritage with modern explorer yacht innovation, the partnership signals a new chapter for INACE Superyachts and for owners seeking highly capable, custom oceangoing vessels built without compromise.
