They proudly showcase British produce to support local makers, growers, and farmers while prioritising flavour excellence and minimising environmental impact.

As you step through their doors, you're greeted with open arms and enveloped by a minimalist yet stylish ambience. This space serves as an ideal setting for hosting exclusive celebrations, gatherings, and corporate events tailored to accommodate larger groups.

A must-try is the Brambletye celeriac "orzotto", served with kale salsa and confit Potash Farm chestnut. This absolutely divine and creates a harmonious blend of earthy flavours and textures, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship and innovative culinary techniques.

Picture a velvety bed of orzotto, reminiscent of the creamiest risotto, but with a twist. Here, celeriac takes the spotlight, imparting a delicate yet earthy flavour that dances on the palate.

Accompanying this culinary delight is a vibrant kale salsa, adding a burst of freshness and colour to each bite. But the indulgence doesn't stop there. The rich, nutty aroma of confit Potash Farm chestnuts, perfectly balanced the dish's depth.

This gastronomic masterpiece, priced at £34, embodies the essence of luxury dining without overwhelming the senses.

The diverse menu options cater to various tastes, including a specialised tasting menu that highlights the best of British vegetables and showcases regeneratively farmed meat and responsibly caught fish from the British Isles.

Additionally, the wine selection features a wide array of low-intervention wines crafted by growers dedicated to soil health and biodiversity.
