Kylie Jenner has reduced the asking price of her Los Angeles mansion by $9.5 million, bringing the brutalist-style estate in Holmby Hills, one of the city’s most exclusive residential enclaves, back to the market for $38.5 million.

The beauty mogul and reality television star originally purchased the ultra-modern residence in 2020 for $36.5 million. Now, as she reportedly nears completion on a custom-built mansion in Hidden Hills, another sought-after area of Los Angeles County, Jenner appears to be streamlining her extensive property portfolio.

The Holmby Hills home was first listed in late 2025 for $48 million, before briefly leaving the market. It has now returned with a significantly reduced asking price, with Ginger Glass of Compass representing the listing.

Set behind 12-foot gates, concrete walls and dense greenery, the property sits on a flat plot of almost one acre in one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighbourhoods. Built in 2019 by luxury developer Gala Asher, the estate offers seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms across the main residence, a guardhouse and two guest apartments.

At the heart of the property is a single-storey main house spanning approximately 15,300 square feet. Inside, the residence includes formal living and dining rooms, two kitchens, one designed for entertaining and another for preparation, and a vast primary suite with a den, kitchenette, three fireplaces, dual bathrooms and dressing rooms, a glam room and an outdoor living area.

The mansion has clearly been designed with both privacy and entertaining in mind. Additional features include a tiered cinema room, an entertainment wing with a custom slide, a detached gym, a pickleball court and a six-car garage. There is also a covered parking area and a large motor court with space for up to 20 further vehicles.

Outside, the home centres around a spacious courtyard with a sculptural swimming pool, bar, outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining area, creating a resort-like setting in the middle of the city.

The price reduction comes as Jenner continues to make moves within the Los Angeles property market. She has also reportedly brought another Hidden Hills home, which she has owned since 2016, back to the market for just under $18 million, after initially asking $20.25 million.

Jenner, who rose to fame on Keeping Up With the Kardashians before building her Kylie Cosmetics empire, sold a majority stake in the beauty brand to Coty in 2019 as part of a $600 million deal. Alongside her Holmby Hills and Hidden Hills residences, she is also understood to own a desert retreat within the Madison Club, an exclusive golf resort community in California’s Coachella Valley, as well as a Beverly Hills mansion she purchased with Travis Scott in 2018.

With its scale, privacy and high-design interiors, the Holmby Hills estate remains one of Jenner’s most high-profile homes. However, the latest price cut suggests the beauty entrepreneur may be ready to move on from the property as she focuses on her next chapter of Los Angeles living.
